At Islands Clean, all of our cleaners have at least 2 years of experience when it comes to any kind of cleaning. Our staff has all the skills and equipment to commit to any cleaning needs.
Yes, we do have agreements that we sign only with our commercial clients. All of our terms and conditions are crystal clear and make sure that we outline our promise to you.
We accept any major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and as well email transfers.
We provide our cleaning services all over Edmonton as well as Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Leduc and St Albert.
We do not want to be late for any appointment, but in case such an emergency happens, we would require a maximum time frame of 15 minutes to be given to our team as a time window.
The minimum booking time for our cleaning service is 3 hours.
We always want to make sure that you get the same team, as they are more familiar with you, but we cannot guarantee such an aspect, since some of our cleaners can be away on holidays or can be away cleaning at a different location.
